Contract terms for orders placed with Seidenkrawatte.ch.

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via https://seidenkrawatte.ch. The provider is Seidenkrawatte.ch, c/o M. Fürst, Badenerstrasse 653, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs. No VAT is shown.

The unit price for silk ties depends on the total number of ties ordered: 1–2 CHF 79.90, 3–4 CHF 59.90, 5–6 CHF 49.90, 7–9 CHF 44.90, from 10 CHF 39.90 each.

Payment

Invoice payable within 30 days net, prepayment or cash on delivery.

Returns

A full right of exchange and return applies to unworn goods.

Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
